Hi. Im just seeing if anyone has similiar weight loss goals and stats to relate to or tips that work for them.
I have been trying to lose weight for awhile but have finally been having the motivation to exercise and diet more regularly. My diet is a lot better but I still have slips. My maximum calories per day is 1350. I try to exercise and burn about 300 calories 3-4 days a week of exercise.
I have lost 5 or 6 pounds in about 2 months. Im not seeing as good progress as I hoped. Sometimes I over eat a few hundred calories over 1350 maybe 2 times a week.
I'm trying very hard not to drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes thr past few weeks. I've been doing well not to as regularly.
Im going to try from today not to drink at all and quit smoking.
I used to weigh 127 and under but gained 33 pounds in about 2 years. A year ago I lose 25 pounds from 160 and was down to 135, but stress had me gain 25 pounds back in the following year.

Hi there, there are some fairly recent threads for you "Cutie Patooties" (what I call my 21 year old daughter who is 5'2")! For example...

I quit smoking about 8months ago and I've had a terrible time losing weight since. My advice to you is be kind to yourself while quitting. One of my biggest problems I believe, is that since I don't smoke I hardly ever go outside anymore. This led to a vitamin D deficiency. My Dr put me on 2000 IU per day and now I'm starting to come out of a fog after several weeks. Good luck!1
