Well, I hope to hit 230 sometime in July, ideally on July 10th, but I think that's overly optimistic.
My goal after that is to get down to 220, which I think will be my Ultimate Goal Weight (this depends on what my body fat percentage tests out as, I'd like to reach 20% body fat). So, depending on a whole lot of things, I might get down to my Ultimate Goal Weight during this challenge!

I've just finished another challenge which I found super useful and where I lost 1st 11lbs (11.3kg, 25lbs). I am happy at this weight but I have been here before and have put back on some (although not all) of the weight I have lost. I would like to use the summer to become settled at a lower weight and to drift down 5lbs which is at the bottom of my range.

One week ago I had an emergency appendectomy, and although it was done laproscopically, I'm not bouncing back as quickly as I had hoped. My only real exercise is walking, which is very minimal right now -- but I'm happy with my weight loss so far.7 -

I have yo-yo bouncing for a while and my lowest was actually 170 lbs last year, but some stresses have really got me going up and down. I am looking to really stay on track this around for health reasons. I hope I will with this challenge.3
