I love myself enough too….:heart::heart:

1. Exercise 4 – 5 days a week for no less than 30 minutes each time.
2. Utilize my pedometer and walk 10,000+ steps everyday day.
3. Eat more fruits and vegetables.
4. Eat breakfast everyday no matter how late I get up on the weekends.
5. Set realistic goals for myself.
6. Reward myself for every goal I reach.
7. Surround myself with people to celebrate me and encourage my success.
8. Remove the people from my life who secretly want me to fail.

I love myself enough to reach my goal and I hope you love yourself enough to do the same. Have a happy and healthy day MFP’s.

    this is fantastic work. this is the type of stuff everyone needs to do for the mental part of the journey.....and I don't mean everyone needs to do these precise things. everyone needs to write down their goals/objectives and reasons for them. I love your format.
