What would happen if you didn't stop?

Have you been on the yo-yo weight loss cycle for years and then one day thought to yourself, I wonder what would happen if I didn't stop? What if I didn't give up on it this time and followed it through to meet my goal? What if I finally decided to live a healthier life so that I can actually say I can maintain this for the long haul?
This is my mind set this time around. I'm so excited to see what I look like at my goal weight. I can't wait to become the healthy, strong woman that I can vision already.
I have accepted the fact that it won't happen overnight and to me, that means I will remember this long, hard fought battle with myself and won't want to backtrack.
Who's with me? LETS DO THIS!!!!

9 months later and about 30 pounds down. I didn't stop and I don't intend on stopping. I love this version of myself and I will continue to make myself proud.

    That's awesome! Well done.
