If you don't deprive yourself (by going for an excessive calorie deficit or eliminating all the foods you like) you don't need 'cheat days' IMHO.
I also don't like the moral judgment implied by the word 'cheat'.
That being said, there are many definitions of cheat days:
- a day without calorie counting, but still being mindful of what/how much you eat
- a day without calorie counting, no holds barred, eating all the foods you want without restriction
- a day eating all the foods you want without restriction, but logging it faithfully
- a day eating foods you usually don't allow yourself to eat, but staying within your calorie limit
- a day eating at maintenance instead of at a deficit
-...
So what does it mean to you / why are you asking a question about iy? And then we can better guide you.3
