I was with SP for 13-14 years and loved the community there. My teams were awesome. I am stunned by these developments. One of my team members came here and told me about this site. Can't wait to see how it works for me. Very similar to SP though, and super easy to use. I'm doing a modified version of THM right now and will see how I do. I struggle with losing weight, my body doesn't like to let it go. Oh, I'm 61 years old with several health problems that I would like to get control over. Kim

    Welcome to MFP Kim. I used SP years ago, but fell off the wagon and came over here, fell off the wagon again, but I'm hoping third time is a charm!
