You need to make your diary public first.0

Sometimes when I work out, I can feel really tired for a few days (or a week!!)... my muscles are sore, and I feel like I could sleep for hours. I saw on your exercise diary that you walked for 120 minutes a couple days ago! GREAT work!!! But no wonder you're tired... that would wipe me out! It sounds like you're doing really well. Your body is adjusting to your food and workout routine. When I'm a lttle sore and tired, I think of it as a good thing... I worked out and my body is changing! When I get really tired I have some tea or coffee and make sure I get a good night's sleep, and that really helps. I continue to be tired for a few days but after a while my body adjusts and I feel a lot better and have more energy. Hope this helps. Keep it up and good luck!!0

It looks to me like you're not eating enough perhaps; you might also want to consider changing your mac ratios to track more protein and less carbs. Work on getting more protein for sure, at least .5g per pound of bodyweight, and try changing those carbs to complex rather than simple.0

I get days of being tired as well, especially when that time of the month is rolling around. Have you tried a natural multivitamin just to be sure you have all the vitamins and minerals you need? It's also Autumn.......I think that makes the majority of us tired, with less sunlight and it being dark in the mornings now. Grapefruit juice and lemon water also help you perk up when feeling tired.0

I would say increase your exercise as it does give you energy and you should try eating more calories too! (especially if you do increase the exercise!)0

You should be able to set your macronutrient percentages inthe "goals" section of your "my home" page. Use the custom option to set the percentages. Mine are set at 40/30/30 (carbs/fat/pro), but there may be others on the board who can give some other opinions on macronutrient percentages.0 -
It looks to me like you need to eat more vegetables. I only glanced at 4 or 5 days of your diary but there weren't many vegetables other than "crispy salad" in there. That sounds like mostly lettuces, which are great, but you need more variety to get your vitamins. Vegetables are so nutritious and very low calorie. Go crazy with them.0

For increased protein, try Greek yogurt (Fage and Dannon both make some good stuff!), string cheese, hard-boiled eggs, peanut butter, tuna, salmon, rotisserie chicken (no idea how to spell that! LOL), nuts like almonds... and if you pair it with veges and/or fruit that will give you energy. Fruit gives me the energy I need before working out - sometimes I'll have a banana and some nuts etc.0
