Mum of 2 - staying accountable, loose weight & be healthy

Hi All! I have no idea if I am doing this right, but thought I would introduce myself!
I am a Mum of 2 (3.5yr boy & 1yr girl)… I am in the trenches of all things baby & exhaustion.
Would love some friends to keep me motivated & hopefully I can motivate you. Even on the days I am shattered and can’t move, at the very least I need to eat right!

    I just started today, can surely friend me.
    Hairdresser, but stay home mama now. Have 7yo and 2,5 yo.
    Want to find balance in nutrition :)

    Lots of people here lose weight strictly by calorie counting.

    Exercise improves general health and gives you a “buy back” to eat extra calories.

    So don’t beat yourself up if you are so immersed in the kids that you can’t exercise for a day or two or three.

    And good for you. My kids have no memory of me not overweight. I didn’t do them, my husband or myself any favors letting it get out of control.

    So I sincerely applaud you both for dealing with it now, not thirty years later.

    I have recently come out of this trench, (my kids are just not sleepers!) feel free to add me!! Sleep makes so much difference -to energy, adherence, willpower, motivation, evertthing. Be kind to yourself :) Feel free to add me :)
