    I’ve been experimenting with cardio and weight lifting and recently added my morning cardio back into my routine. It’s definitely mental and physical exercise!

    That's so excellent! So, 300 calories used with the cardio, plus maybe another 3-400 calorie deficit from mindful eating - you don't have to be hungry all the time - there you go, the pounds peel off. Thanks for the inspiration!
