    This happens too often. I don't know why I stick around. I love that this site has a premium option. Why would I pay for something that doesn't work for free?

    Happens a lot. Hence why they took Tech Support off newsfeed. UA don't want to help. Don't bother paying for Premium. Waste of money. You don't get Priority Tech Support they still ignore requests :'(
