I need accountability friends! Help me out!!!

Im 5'6". 34 years old. My weight has been up and down for years but my usual was still 170ish. I had a miscarriage last year and became very depressed and have put on 40 more pounds and i cant seem to stop gaining. My eating is out of control. I am ready to make this change though. Someone took my picture at a dance recital last night and i was mortified. I need as many people to hold me accountable as possible. ♡ and ill do the same for you!

Current weight 211lbs
1st goal weight 199
2nd goal weight 185
3rd goal weight 170
Ultimate goal weight 160

    So sorry to hear of your loss. Speaking from experience, it is very difficult following a miscarriage. The depression and excess weight gain is normal. The hurt from the loss doesn't go away quickly or forever, but your wanting to make a change is a good sign you are healing a bit emotionally. I wish you luck on your fitness journey. Add me if you find you need more friends and accountability partners. You can never have too many!

    Hello, hope you find the accountability friends that can support you through your loss and know you have my peace being sent to you. I also need an accountability friend I am at a stand still with my weight and I am trying to reach out. Going at it alone has gotten me to this point, but I would like to lose 26 lbs more to hit my healthy weight. I am here if you are still needing a friend. Peace and all good.
