Fat burning / Cleansing Teas

Has anyone ever tried fat burning or cleansing teas with Senna?? I drink a cup last night for the 1st time and it stated that it is suppose to help with weight loss and cleanse my system. I wanted to know if it actually works. I've been running to the bathroom all morning (TMI) :tongue: but I need to know if you actually shed pounds and is the tea good for you.

    It won't really do anything to burn the fat, but it is an herbal laxative, which i suppose could provide some benefits

    "Cleansing teas" are a fancy way to say Laxative. Senna is definitley a laxative, and a good one at that! My thoughts on that is the only weight you will lose using those are due to dehydration from the diarrhea! That's not the kind of weight you want to lose.
