    Here in Rome they just drop the speed limit to 20 mph on a through street that has lots of potholes. That way they aren't libel for damage or death (especially motorcycles and scooters).

    Vermont puts up 'bump ahead' signs then, a half mile down the road when you've forgotten all about it, there it is.

    I confess it was me. Only because history has taught us that the Ms winning a game only means they will find new and unusual ways to lose games.
