    WELL DONE! I've been there, and I know that it's extremely hard to recover in a way where you still feel in control - calorie tracking can really work for recovery, and this website would have been such a great tool for me when I was trying to gain weight. I think you're doing a great job, good luck with the ongoing recovery stages.
