Hello I joined today after a recommendation from a trainer
Questions please
I noticed that a lot of recipes are in cup sizes which is used in USA I am in UK
How do I convert to grams or ozs is it the same for liquid and solids?
Also would you recommend the premium. I saw a trial voucher offer for 3 months online but when I downloaded the app it will only let me have one month trail
Many thanks Pamela

Hi there, yes people in US still using their old method of measuring things on the basis of their volume and not weight and it really makes difficult for people from other parts of yhe glob to understand. However you can simply use the online conversation chart to better understand their recepes. And no comment on ur second question as i do not felt any need for yhe premium version, however u can try it once as it will open a new world of recepes and it will gives you more flexibility and customization than with the free version. If you're serious about tracking your food intake.1
