I noticed a few weeks ago Google Fit stopped working/syncing on MFP (Android) so I had no choice but to switch back to using Samsung Health but I noticed a huge difference in calorie burn for the two. I attached images and it shows that Google Fit burns over 100 calories more than Samsung Health which makes me wonder which is more accurate.

I've used both and I feel like Samsung Health is more accurate. Here's an article that might be helpful https://verywellfit.com/pedometer-steps-to-calories-converter-3882595#:~:text=You%20can%20use%20your%20pedometer,of%200.04%20calories%20per%20step.
