Hello I'm new. Any tips or help?

Hi my names tara and I have joined this morning. To be honest I'm finding it hard to navigate or know what I am to do right now, hopefully it will become clearer along the way, any tips would be much appreciated x

If you've plugged your stats into MFP, it's given you a daily calorie goal. Get a digital food scale and start weighing and measuring all your food and drink. Try to stay within that goal everyday. Exercise is important to many of us and logging exercise gives you more calories to eat that day. However, you can lose without exercise.

Welcome. As for navigating I find some things on MFP are easier to do on the PC while other things are easier using the phone, so a combination of both works best for me.1
