A New Journey

Hello Everyone, I am not exactly new here though I haven't been here for a long while.
Last year, before covid hit I managed to lose 5 stone using a TFR Plan, I had trips booked to keep me determined & Motivated, but they all had to go when covid hit & so I sort of lost my way. When you come off a TFR you immediately put some weight on I put 7lbs back on to start & remained that way until this year. This year I am struggling & the weight is slowly creeping back up. I cannot face doing the TFR again, it is so hard to keep to, every day. I have to find another way. My daughter reminded me this morning about Myfitnesspal so I logged in & here I am ;)

I am hoping to not only lose the 2 stone I put back on, I want to get to my Goal. I want to be Fit & Healthy. I am 62 & would like to achieve that Goal weight before I turn 63 in November

    The problem with TFR plans is that you don't learn how to keep the weight off, so (re)joining MFP is a way better idea :smile:
