Amazing soup fresh, easy, natural.
Put in pot
-Canned tomatoes or farm fresh
-Fresh green peppers, seeds removed, rough chop
-bit of water to start things going
Cover, low boil, 1 hour
Blend in blender
Stir in 1 good tablespoon of indian curry spice like madras paste (it won't be hot in this batch of soup)
Naturally very thick, delicious and flavorful. my family loves this simple home made soup.

Whatever is left in the fridge near the end of the week and you don't want to sit on til you need to throw it out
