    Highest weight ever recorded 6/19 157.0 lbs 😬 I am only 5’2” so the extra weight really shows.
    6/26 154.75 lbs early bird weigh in
    6/29 153.5 lbs

    7/19 goal weight 147.5 lbs
    Ultimate goal weight about 130-135lbs

    Great post. Keep at it. Results are always good with Keto, especially with Intermittent Fasting. “Zero” is a great app for IF

    @bermenstein thanks for the tips. I give intermittent fasting a try every once in a while. I am quite fond of it. I will have to check out the other app too!
