Highest weight ever recorded 6/19 157.0 lbs 😬 I am only 5’2” so the extra weight really shows.

7/19 goal weight 147.5 lbs
Ultimate goal weight about 130-135lbs

Great post. Keep at it. Results are always good with Keto, especially with Intermittent Fasting. “Zero” is a great app for IF1
