My first time here… before the pandemic I adapted a healthy diet, entirely sugar free, and exercised every single day (kickboxing). I felt very good! I stopped it all since March 2020… after seeing my full body in a mirror and feeling so tired from doing nothing, I decided to take myself more seriously. I have been going back to workouts and decided to control my diet. I hope to find people to motivate each other.

Adding you. I also took a look at myself, and got on the scale to realize this *kitten* ha to stop! Im going to see if I can start some kickboxing using YouTube and whatever else. I used to be an avid runner and have done 7 half marathons as well as countless 5k’s. I’d love to keep accountability with you.0
