So Hard to lose

Hi everyone I'm a 70 soon to be 71 great grandmother who has been fat all her life. Now I have heart and lung diseases and diabetic and many more issues. Have to use an electric wheelchair to get around and can't play with my new great grandbaby. Hell I can't even hold him because of my weak joints. So I've started a plan (again) and really hoping to get some results. I can't do any exercises except moving my legs in bed or doing a things over the door to help with the arms. And then I cry with pain. Life is getting extremely depressing right now so I'm starting a plan and my fitness pal helps so much because I can say that 1 0z is the size of 8 ozs. LOL And I am a compulsive overeater and a food addict. I love fast food and believe me it goes in my mouth fast also. LOL I used to go to OA but it didn't do it for me so I've tried every diet (or so i believe) out there. So I have just stocked up on Slim fast, and Ladyboss and lots of fruits and some of the few veggies that i eat. I grew up with a family who planted a garden all the time but do I eat veggies?? NO WAY. I only like lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, raw carrots, and celery. I hate cooked veggies except peas and corn on the cob. Two of the worst ones to eat. The rest of my family eats all kinds of veggies but not me. And I hate seafood except fish and chips. Even then I smother the fish with vinegar, tartar sauce and ketchup.
So I need a lot of help. And I hope by writing here everyday that I will face my fears and conquer even just a moment. Thank you for reading if you read all of this. I promise I will read at least one blog of another person every day. I just read about the man who lost 135 lbs. It was inspiring. God bless everyone and take it One Day at a Time.

Thank you very much for the link. I will check it out. This is so hard and I'm so old that it makes it almost impossible. But I'm giving it the old One Day at a Time effort. Thanks again.
