This week I encourage you to stick to your work out plan. I find that working out benefits me if I have that occasional "snack attack" I also started the 30 day shred today =)

    weighing in: 139. Sorta bummed, really wanted some loss. But I sorta dropped the ball this past weekend. This weekend WILL be better!

    weigh in: 167 even. I learned/am learning what a role sodium plays in my diet. It's amazing how much betterI feel and how much better my skin looks when I am drinking my 8 glasses of water a day. I need to keep it up! Hope you ladies had a wonderful week!

    weigh in 218. Not great but learning and feeling good at day 13. I have lost 7 lbs so far. I need to stay focused on overall and not just today. Im going for 3 lbs this week.
