Started back up

Yes working from home the last past year has led to some bad eating habits. I am so glad to be able to get back to my regement of gym/outdoor walking exercises. It's true as a friend of mine told me, that you can exercise all you want, but if you don't watch what you eat, it doesn't matter. So true. Exercising 7 days a week and still manage to gain 7 pounds. Well I am back on here to track my food and stay true to my original daily caloric intake.
