Hello!

Hello! I am new to myfitness pal. My goal is to lose at least 15lbs. I definitely gained weight throughout last year. I would love to hear what types of things have worked and have not worked with regards to shedding pounds. There's so much out there, it is hard to figure out the best way. I do cook at home a lot and as of now my main form of exercise comes from walking (although I have been very slack! lol). Thank you in advance!

    My advice is keep it simple. Do what you enjoy for movement. Eat when you are hungry. Eat foods nature intended. :)
