Hey MFP friends. I'm not really new. I lost 50lbs back in 2016 using MFP. Gained it back after the pandemic life style. I'm working my way back into a healthy life style in my new WFH normal and being a single mom. My goal is to eventually lose 150-160 lbs. Taking it nice and steady to keep it off. Would love to connect with like minded people. Hopefully we can motivate each other along the way.
