New Again!

Hi! I'm new again! This time will be the one that works! Went to the doctor yesterday and set up a plan with her. I'm feeling good. Track EVERYTHING here, calorie goal ~1600. 1/3 protein; 1/3 carbs and 1/3 fat. Brisk walk 5 times/week and see her again in a month! All of this is doable and I will SUCCEED! :)
