    Wow -- this one is tough to answer (because I cannot remember the last time, nor really any one time I've ever had the courage to attend an event without a companion. Is that sad?)

    Unless we are counting a walk to the library or shopping trip to the thrift store as "event"s.
    Then, in that case, just last week. I delight in changing my routine walking route to swing by the public library. I've taken a greater interest in the Children's books section in the past few months. :)

    When is the last time you took a complete day of rest -- no "light" exercise or daily steps -- literally complete rest?
