Disabled people

I’m disabled and have have broken my back, have a catheter etc. I’m able to stand but can’t run, jog or walk far just around the house. I’ve not found a fitness app yet that even has a disabled option or even lets you add the information to your profile so I always struggle to know what exercises there are for people like me? Kind regards Alicia

Welcome to MFP, Alicia. While there are almost infinite ways to make exercise progressions as well as dedicated adapted exercises, you're right to mention the challenges in finding clear, online individualized resources to help someone living with a chronic condition or different physical ability.

You may want to check in with a local physiotherapist or occupational therapist for some tips and confirmation of your current ranges of motion (in light of your back injury)

Otherwise, your description made me wonder if something like yoga, Pilates or barre classes (done safely, of course) could be an option for you?

One option. Is just walk in place or if you can just a little jog in place and then walk again. Lift your legs as high and as comfortable as you can. Like marching. I have an eye condition which doesn't allow me to walk or jog down the block or even a couple of houses. I am able to garden some how, but I can't lazily walk around the yard unless I'm focused on a certain project. I would check with your doctor first on any new exercise. I'd find out if maybe lifting 2 lbs weights ( the lightest) and just start off with arm curls.
GOOD LUCK, and I'm sorry for your pain🌷🤞
