9/12 - didn't weigh this week... I didn't go to the gym at all last week and had a horrible week. I'm a little scared to weigh in and worried I will think I have "failed" if I have gained weight... sounds crazy but at least I'm honest lol!0 -

sorry for the delay in posting, just got back from a week in Vegas. I stayed the same, just glad i didnt gain. But Im sure that had to do with the fact that most of what I over indulge in was liquids .

I fell off the wagon for a couple weeks! My weigh-in as of today is 182.3.0 -

176.5 That's a gain. But I'm shredding, so maybe I'm gaining muscle?
When I was shredding I gained too...you aren't building muscle yet, but prob retaining fluid around the muscle. When I stopped I lost 6 lbs fast. don't let it discourage you...I gave in and stopped one day before level 3 ugh, so close. But I was just so irritated that I wasn't motivated at all. When I wasn't working out I was losing 1-11/2 in every week, so to stop for three weeks was just too much.
Good luck and keep with it! Don't worry about numbers now!0 -
totally forgot to message Monday but I was 161.6 - Im gaining not losing I have been "off" for a few weeks of eating right. Looked back at my logs, totally no why0
