Trying to get back on track!

Hi, I'm Nichole. I've struggled with my weight most of my life, but did see some success counting calories with MFP a few years ago. After having two children and living through the pandemic, I've gained back everything I had lost. I am a yo-yo dieter, and keto/low carb is usually my go to diet plan. I always see short term results with it, but am never able to maintain it. I hate the way I look and feel, and want long term, healthy and sustainable weight loss. I'm just trying to get back on track! I am about 6 months away from my 30th birthday, and would love to start my next decade feeling and looking better. My ultimate goal is to get back to "onederland" (under 200lbs)... Something I haven't see since highschool. Good luck to everyone out there on this journey!

I too yo-yo a lot with my weight. Went from 165 to 130 however I’m back at 168. It’s awful, my body is imbalanced to do to my PCOS so it’s hard to manage but I got out of the habit of tracking and hoping this will help! Tomorrow is my first day!
