Hi! Nice to meet you, I’m Drea.
I’m new to this app. I’m 39 and married with one child. I love to read and dream of an exercise that allows me to hold a book in my hands while doing it! 😂
I’ve been on my journey for about a year. I’m looking for motivation to keep going and like minded friends!

    Welcome to the MFP forums, Drea 👋🏿 If you have access to a treadmill, then you may wanna try your book idea.

    Even better though are audiobooks! That way, you can do any exercise. And, if cost is an issue many libraries will let users digitally borrow audiobooks (which still sounds funny to me but is an actual thing lol)

    Malted Tea and I agree, the next best thing to holding that hard copy and turning the pages is the audio book. I have an Audible account and love it. There is nothing like turning actual pages but multi tasking isn't always doing what feels good. Congrats on your journey so far, you are doing great
