Does anyone know if the prepackaged salads, like the ones from grocery stores, include the calories from the dressing that’s included, on the nutrition facts ?

    They typically do, unless the dressing is listed separately on the nutrition label.

    If you are able to snap a picture of the label, that could help us read it, but for the most part I would think yes if it doesn't specify.

    Are you talking about a bagged salad or one prepared in the deli section more like a to-go salad box?

    Yeah, that is including the dressing in the calories.

    It looks like yes, the nutrition facts include the dressing, as it's listed in the ingredients section.

    Since it's a prepackaged dressing cup, if you wanted, you could probably look up that information separately and subtract if you wished to use something else or just less than what's provided. :)
