Post Baby weight and then some......

I gained 50Ibs during my pregnancy. Afterwards i have yet to drop the weight, instead i added about 30 more pounds. I have never been a size 18 in jeans before in my life and although i am an advocate for "Every shape is beautiful" I truly feel insanely self aware of how different my body is and how uncomfortable I am. So, with some encouragement from my boss who also uses myfitnesspal i decided to sign up and see if this is the right path for me.

You can do it! In December I was 75 lbs heavier than my pregnancy weight...Down 40 lbs in 7.5 months. Just stay dedicated. The motivation comes and goes but keep your discipline in check everyday. But don't feel guilty if you don't. Just pick yourself up and start fresh again the next day. You got this.2

I feel you! Post baby weight is so hard to lose. Unless you're one of the few lucky ladies that looses it right away. I ended up loosing 15lbs last summer putting me a little bit before baby weight but once i stopped breast feeding a couple months ago i gained it all back. Alot of it is my fault too I'm not watching what i eat like i used too because let's face it taking care of another human is hard work! Plus it's hard to find time to work out. Feel free to add me as a friend. I am heading on vacay soon but once I return I'm hitting it hard! Just remember you're rockin' it mama everything will fall back in place over time.1
