For 2 days I've been eating
1600 my calories deficit
I weight myself I gained 1 pound
Why?! I feel like quiting
Do I need to exercise
Or lower my calorie deficit
Plz help

    It takes time for your body to adjust to improved eating habits. Some foods also can increase inflammation in the body which will cause more fluid retention among other things. If you’re not currently exercising, you could start with walking, or finding a program that resonates with you and your preferences. Be patient and stick with it!

    Patience, you need patience. Two days is absolutely nothing, short-term weight fluctuations are linked to changes in water retention and food waste in your system. To determine if you're losing bodyfat, you need to look at the long term trend (several weeks at least).

    Guilty as charged! It depends on if you really pronounce average with 2 or 3 syllables. I would say that 3 is correct, but most people actually use 2. Maybe it should be "Average a week?"
