Hello
I'm 60 August Bank Holiday and I'm still getting out there. Even after the accident
I walk from 5 to 7 miles a day,
I was walking upto and over 10 miles daily. I had an accident fractured my skull, 5 months later diagnosed with Artrial Fibrillation. Some call it Sudden death syndrome.
I was in hospital for over a week. Damage to my left arm, Physio therapy for it. Ongoing.
I was a cyclist my doctor won't allow me up on my bike for the present. I have low blood pressure currently and I still want and I do get out walking everyday it's a routine.
Anyway I'm currently walking upto 5 miles daily. If my BP drops I have to take it easy.
And that is where I am at. I have just finished 7 miles this afternoon.
It takes it out of me so I split the walking to reach as near I can to get back were I was. So onwards and upwards. I'm keeping trying.
That's it every.

Keep going, don't stop.
Crawl, skip, walk, run, jog, jump. Just do something to keep moving, that's the key to all of this.
Anytime I come across someone that ask me about fitness, it's always the same B.S.
They say, "I have bad ______ [FILL IN THE BLANK: knees, arms, legs, head, blah, blah, blah] and can't train"
I reply with the same thing every time, "Can you walk" "Why yes, I can" they reply and I say the same thing each and every time to them:
If you can move, you can train. GET MOVING!!0
