Hi,
Before using MFP I made an Excel spreadheet. I'm trying to see if there is a way to see a report on MFP which is similar? What I am wanting to see is a daily or weekly average of nutritional information. At the moment all I can find is Calories, or individual nutrients. I just want somewhere to see a quick view to check I'm on target for a average daily intake of Fat, Carbs, Sugar etc.

Is this what you're looking for?
There is a daily and weekly view when you tap on the pie chart at the top of the food diary (print screens from the android app).1 -
Ah yes, that’s a start. Is that on the app only?
Ideally a weeks worth broken down by day would be best as you could then more easily pick out days over/under on certain things.0 -
Found what I was looking for once you click in
Looks like I need to sort them saturated fats out!

Well thanks, I had no idea I could tap on a specific nutrient to see a breakdown, now I've learned something too 🙂1
