Hey friends! I’m moving from grunge city Seattle to middle of nowhere Midwest! Former athlete who got a desk job and got fat. 😂 Joined up on MFP for some accountability to drop 20lbs before I move in September. I’d like to start life in my new home as fit as possible. Looking forward to the community!
