Yes you read that right...

1 - 6oz Friendly Farms Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt (Aldi's Store Brand)
1 - 33g Scoop of Body Fortress Whey Protein (I get this at Walmart)
2 - Tbsp of PB2 (Just google it)
Put everything in a bowl and mix mix mix... took me a few minuted to get it all blended well

Calories - 275
Protein - 46g
Fat - 0g
Carbs - 18g
Dietary Fiber - 3g
Net Carbs - 15g
Taste - Infinity +1

Now if you're wanting to go lower on calories you can half the Pb2 and the whey protein this will cut out about 92 cal, 16g of protein and 4ish carbs. Not sure on the taste as I haven't tryed it but I would think it would still be quite tasty. If you want the exact break down on macro nutrients my diary is public and the 3 ingredients are the last 3 entries under snacks for today's day of 9/13.
