Any tips for someone who lives with other people who have no interest in eating healthy and/or losing weight? It almost always leads to me giving in to the junk food that’s in the house and therefore falling off track.

married 50 years and I still battle with this one..I have requested that my man take his treats downstairs to his Man's World (man cave) ... yes I have been known to stealthily steal a gummy bear or chocolate from his stash but at least I can track it that way. Watching a movie together is a lost cause for me: popcorn sin!

I find that the longer I am successful, the easier it gets. Especially if I can make it past the two week mark.2

No more communal groceries. You buy your own food, they buy their own food, new rule is you don't eat anything you didn't buy.3
