Hello! I am starting my logging journey again to track and maintain healthy habits! I normally only log during the work week and I don't add my fitness at all. I workout 5 or 6 days a week and the level varies and I don't follow any specific diet. I am all about all food groups and just try to be portion conscious!! 😆 If anyone is looking for a friend and an open diary, go ahead and add me. Have a wonderful day!!
