:bigsmile: I love seeing photos of everyone's hard work so I figured I would start a new before and after photo thread. The old one was getting a bit long. Since I have hit the 70 pound mark I thought it was time to post some new ones.

First photo here is me this past summer at my heaviest 319lbs.

    I reposted because I just checked my 3 month photo. I have only lost a bit more weight but have been weight training and can really see the difference.

    Cant WAIT to lose another 10 pounds!!

    Yes. I put in on all over then lose it all over. It is like a layer of fat comes off, then another.

    There is no way to spot lose. It has been more about exercise than anything for me.

    Give it time!! Your real legs will show thru!
