Hello my name is Nathaniel I am 51 (still sounds weird when I say that number) I had heart surgery in May of 2021 and I am just getting mobile again. So I have some weight I need to knock off so looking forward to using this app.

A 70 year old Missionary from Uganda who returned from Africa last December 2020. I tried Keto 4 weeks ago lost 3 kg but stalled. I found some “supposed “ Keto” recipes that are carb counter false. Really committed to try again0
