Am I going to Struggle?

Well I have taken the plunge. ALthough I am not setting any HIGH expectations.
Yesterday I went over my allowance, and today I will probably just blow it too but I WILL do my boxing tonight, even if it is only 30 minutes. Its all about the fitness levels too and mine are shocking.
All this change...hmmm hope its good for me.
I am shocked at how many calories are in some foods like bananas though.
Oh well.. wish me luck. I hope to be the biggest loser! lol

Set your self a realistic expectation/goal don't set yourself a goal or target that you will not be able to follow or acheive try to set one that you can build up too slowly, this will make it easier on you in the long run.0

I struggle when I eat out but otherwise myfitnesspal has been a real life saver. I scan all upc of the food I am eating and when at home I started to weigh the food that I make. If you stick with it and try to stay within the parameters you should be fine. A little struggle is expected and it makes you stronger, right?0

sometimes we can only manage one or two changes at a time, otherwise we can become overwhelmed.
