    A couple bites of a burger…

    Artesian style bun
    Tomato
    Lettuce
    Dukes Mayo
    Stone ground mustard
    Lots of bourbon smoked Gouda
    Grilled onion
    Grilled mushroom

    And the meat… grilled over oak with a little BBQ backing from brisket I did months ago brushed on, a hint of dark brown sugar, a little drizzle of chili infused honey.

    Spicy cheese burger…

    Artesian style bun
    Lettuce and tomato
    Dukes ‘bama white sauce
    Stone ground mustard
    Lots of bourbon smoked Gouda and pepper Jack.
    Grilled onion and shrooms.
    Fresh Jalapeño
    Dried and Finley chopped chili pepper
    And a dab of Dave’s insanity sauce for some heat 😉

    And the meat…
    Slathered with Coco Loco hot sauce as a binder.
    Sprinkled with bone sucking sauce rub and light brown sugar. Drizzled with chili honey.

    Fired over oak and apple.

    @Tmanfive, weren't any little turtle claws hanging out the sides of the bun were there? :)

    I just had a monstrous veggie salad complete with croutons and Rasp Vinaigrette dressing. It's my recent favorite food.
