Hi all new to site, excited about this journey.

Hello everyone, I am looking forward to this journey to weight loss. My goal is to lose 55 lbs, hopefully by March 2012. I am a Wife, a mother of 4 and a Healthcare worker. I welcome any tips and exercise that you may have. I see my biggest challenge will be, not eating enough, I maybe eat once daily, but I have gotten better within the past 2 weeks ( pray for me). I walk daily while pushing my daughter in her stroller then come home and do some other exercise for 30 mins. I am needing some motivators ( smiles) someone to keep me on my toes when I feel like I can not do it anymore, My husband is a wonderful support so I would like to add to this.

    Remember to drink plenty of water also, no drinking enough water can hinder weight loss!!! Good luck on your journey, i am sure you will do well.
