    Can you believe I have no worries, cause I had a laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair, and won't I love being able to lap swim again?

    Isn't it ironic that the medical complication was the result of my weight loss?
    Is it weird that I think of it as both a silver lining (i.e. the hernia finally repaired) and the cost of getting healthier?
