Right thigh: 20
Left thigh: 20
Hips: 37
Waist: 270 -
I am totally down with this group! I just got the DVD and did it on Monday morning. It was awesome!
Unfortunately I won't be doing it four times a week. I'm also training for a race, so I will only do this two times a week. I need to give myself off days and slow days or else my knees act up and then I get sidelined and can't do anything. And that leaves me so upset with myself. This time I'm gonna play it smart. I'm gonna do Jillian's Killer Buns twice a week until I am at level 3 doing the advanced moves. I'm thinking this will take me at least six weeks.
Let's hear it for the ba-donk-a-donk!!!0 -

OK...so day 1 of KB&T!! First of all let me just say I must be crazy because I did both 30DS L2 and KB&T back to back!!
Great workout though. There was some exercises I had to modify. The side plank hurt my wrist so I went to my elbow instead.
