I joined Fitness pal about 3 weeks ago and I am excited about it.

I am 58, married, with one adult son and currently going to school to be a computer specialist. I have two cats and I am an avid animal lover. I also enjoy hiking, antiquing, birds, and bicycle ridding.

I joined TOPS about the same time as Fitness Pal and that has really helped me by having accountability buddies to do this with.

I would like to lose 20 to 30 pounds and I know I can do it. I would love to find a diet buddy around my area. I live in Bella Vista, Arkansas and love this area.

    I also love birds. This is because when the boys are at their Dads house I talk to them and they are very good listeners 😉

    In all seriousness, I am sure you will reach your goal 😀

    Thank you. Yes, the birds are very good listeners and if you feed them, they are even better listeners. LOL :p
