This is more of a re-introduction I guess. Started some years back, fell off the wagon, and along the way picked up even more weight. Much easier to put it on than take it off. Anyway, now that I am over 40 and have my first grandchild I figure that if I want to stick around and see him grow up I better make some changes. Plus the suits I wear to preach in don't fit no more. Fast forward to now and I have been back on this adventure for about 3 weeks now and lost 8 lbs so far. Did I mention my highest was estimated around 430 at some point? Yea, I was shocked too. Some how lost some before I started an intentional weight loss journey and here I am at 408.
